Tinplate Company of India
Limited (TCIL) has been in the ISO journey since 1997. The Company has
always found adoption of these standards as a value-add in its business
excellence journey. Regular internal /external audits have helped to
identify gaps for journey towards improvement. A top down approach in
terms of commitment and deployment has been the key to success in
adopting, deploying and benefiting from these standards. All the ISO
systems are reviewed and managed by the Corporate Management
Representative Mr Ramesh B. Iyer, Vice President ( TQM & Operations).
