The 26th
International Food & Hospitality Fair – Aahar 2011
was held from March 10th to 14th, 2011 at Pragati
Maidan, New Delhi. Organised with the support of the
Ministry of Food Processing Industries, the
exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Jyotiraditya
Scindia, Union Minister of State for Commerce &
Industry.
We had participated under the
banner of the Tinplate Promotion Council. The exhibition
provided an ideal platform to showcase development in
product, technology and services for the food and food
processing sectors.
The TPC stall attracted a large
number of delegates from various companies engaged in
food processing and packaging.
Segmented into Food & Hospitality
sectors, over 500 companies from the food processing
industry alone showcased current trends and innovations
through modern technology.
We also conducted a Processed
Foods Unit Owners & a Consumer Survey to understand
peoples views about tinplate usage.
