TCIL conferred with "Commendation Certification for Significant Achievement" by CII-EXIM BANK
in November 2007
TCIL was recognized with the "Commendation Certificate for Significant Achievement" by CII-EXIM Bank for Business Excellence 2007, at the 15th CII Quality Summit held on 1st November 2007, Bangalore. Instituted in the year 1994, this is the most prestigious award in India for Business Excellence that an Indian Company can aspire for.
Mr B L Raina, MD, TCIL, Mr Tarun Daga, COO and Mr Sanjay Malhotra, Senior Manager received the Commendation Award from Mr K V Kamath, MD & CEO, ICICI Bank. The Jury of CII-EXIM Bank cited that our company was very close to wining the award.
Prizes are awarded in several categories to organisations that demonstrate excellence in the management of Quality, as their fundamental process for continuous improvement. The categories are: 'Strong Commitment to Excellence' (401-500), 'Significant Achievement' (501-600), and the 'CII-EXIM Bank Award' (above 600).
Over 750 Quality Experts, CEO's, Academicians, Practitioners and Business representatives gathered together at this important forum and deliberated on latest national and international developments.
