Award for Best HR Practices
After being awarded the “Commendation Certificate’ for three consecutive years, TCIL has won the coveted NICCO Rolling Trophy for 2005-06 for best HR practices. The decision by the jury was based on an Application followed by an invitation to present before them, at Kolkata in April, 2007.
A moment of pride and glory for the company, the award comes at an appropriate time for TCIL, where there has been a constant endeavour to align its HR practices with the overall business strategy.
