Quality Circle, a technique initiated as a ‘Small Group Activity’ in The Tinplate Company of India Limited. is a concept  very useful & facilitates a cost effective improvement in product,  work environment &  people building process.

Based on concept & experience in the Quality Circle methodology, there exists three level of Organizational Structure in QC to develop positive attitude, creative & innovative ideas to meet company Objective & to be a World Class Leader.

Adoption of QC tools leads to  (1) System Correction (2) reduced Cost (3)improved Throughput  (4) Method Improvement (5) Yield Improvement (6) Elimination of defects in various areas of Quality, Production, Maintenance & Services.
