For the first time in exports we organized a customer meets in Dubai for our Customers in West Asia which is one of our major export market. Customers from all over Middle East participated in the meet held at Taj Palace hotel on 26th Oct 09. The evening began with the welcome address by Abesh Chatterjee Head(EXIM), welcoming the delegates from different companies from different countries. It was followed by a detailed presentation by Tarun Daga, MD, TCIL giving a brief about the company and then sharing the growth path the company has embarked upon. He detailed the additional specifications which we could offer with setting up of the new state of art ETL. He also stressed upon the improvement areas that TCIL need to focus on. This was followed by a detailed open discussion with customers sharing there thoughts and dinner with the customers.
