Packaging
TCIL firmly believes that packaging plays a major
role in delivering the product on, as is manufactured basis, taking in stride the vagaries
of environmental variations and transportation hazards. Both Tinplate and TFS packs are
being first packed with polycoated, waterproof paper and plastic paper. The two metallic
side-jackets are protected by metallic side-angles at the corners to prevent transit
damages to sheets. The whole packet is thereafter covered with a single top box jacket to
prevent any seepage of water during transit.

Marking
Each package is marked with package number
specifying product grade, usage and date of manufacture, coating weight, thickness,
hardness, oiling weight, number of sheets and net weight. Other markings if desired can be
arranged.
