Suppliers Meet - 7th March 2008
Suppliers meet is an annual event in TCIL . This is a formal
communication forum with TCIL's key suppliers in which Mr.
Bushen Raina, MD, TCIL shares the Company's way forward with
respect to long terms plans and the expected role of
suppliers in the same. Senior Management comprising of MD
,President, Vice President and Chief (Comm. Services)
respond to the issues raised by suppliers.

This year Suppliers Meet was held on 7th March 08 . Mr. B.L.
Raina, MD TCIL , shared the changes taking place in the
Indian economy and expressed his concern on the rising
costs. He requested the suppliers, being TCIL's partners ,
to make themselves part of TCIL's full value chain to
jointly meet the external competition . Mr. T.K. Ghosh,
President TCIL , explained the current and future growth
path of the Company and the expected role of suppliers in
the same. Mr. K.N. Mishra, Vice President, TCIL requested
the suppliers to put forward their suggestions to bring
about improvements. The event went through an active
participation from the supplier
community providing suggestions important to TCIL . |
