Social Responsibility - AIDS
Awareness Programme
To create awareness
among members of the society, AIDS Awareness Programmes
have been going on regularly. With a view to target all
sections of the society, these programmes are conducted
in the Com. Dev. Centres, Schools, colleges and at different
places in the township covering adults, housewives and youth.
Besides doctors and officials of the Company, help of experts
in these fields have been taken to conduct the sessions.
In order to bring about awareness
among the school children, Co has been organizing health
check-up camps in different schools in TCIL colony. Children
are given important tips on Health & hygiene so that
they are aware of the causes of various diseases and prevent
themselves from them to lead a healthy life.
