TCIL has a Business Ethics structure with Managing Director as its Chief Ethics Officer, Ethics Counsellor supported by Divisional Ethics Coordinators. Employees are encouraged to raise concerns for which a third party Hotline service has also been put in place. Employees are regularly communicated on the concerns raised and resolved.
